ALL of these properties are fully paid for - as a Group we have no external debt and unused bank facilities of £10m from Handelsbanken

This list has been removed because a certain party has offered some of our sites for sale without authorisation. We have literally had a situation recently where somebody said

"Oh, they tried to sell this a couple of years ago and nobody wanted it"

Very annoying - what actually happened is that as soon as we realised it was being hawked around we hit any prospective sale on the head

We will make the decision when to sell, not other people
